Beautiful Hattie Carnegie Brooch/Fur Clip  from 1939 when Hattie starting making jewelry to go with her clothes, this has the early desirable  mark HC in a triangle.The stones sparkle like brown  diamonds and are 1/2 inch in diameter. The clip measures 3 inches x 2 inches.

 Hattie emigrated to America from Austria at the end of the 19th century, and was so fascinated with Carnegie the richest man in America at the time that she changed her name to Carnegie. Her career began at Macy’s and from there she founded Hattie Carnegie Inc.
